Advanced Equipment at H&H Aero Includes:

CNC Turning department contains nine CNC lathes with a variety of capability including fourth axis and live tooling.
CNC milling department utilizes three vertical machining centers with fourth axis capability.
EDM department includes three ram EDM machines, two CNC EDM with tool changer and fourth axis, two CNC wire EDM, and three precision EDM Drill.
Grinding department features eight grinders with coolant and central dust collection system.
De-burr and bench department handle critical operations with ease. Each station is equipped with microscope , variable lighting, air tools, and precise hand tools.
Tool room is well equipped to produce fixtures and tooling to support production operations.
Quality department is equipped with the state of the art measuring systems that are capable of handling component parts with tolerances in .0001s.
